Gravitas Hostel - Split

We had an amazing time at Gravitas! The hostel had a great atmosphere, and we met some wonderful people from all over the world. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Karla and Boris were fantastic hosts, always friendly and hospitable. The large drawer in the room was a lifesaver for storing our valuables securely. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. We highly recommend Gravitas as a home base in Split or for a short-term stay. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The best hostel in Split

In general: I had such a great time at this hostel, I kept extending my stay here! Location and surroundings: It is in the heart of Split. Service: The customer service is amazing! Dining: There is a microwave and fridge and free tea and coffee. There is a supermarket on the corner of the same street and many places to eat also nearby. Sports and leisure: n/a. Room: Very clean and modern with plenty lockable storage space under the beds.

During my recent stay at Gravitas Hostel, I was blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. He were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the hostel was perfect, situated in a quiet street just minutes away from the bus station and the port. The interior of the hostel was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious front room to relax and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. The owner's attention to detail was evident in the well-designed layout and functioning plumbing. I had a fantastic experience at Gravitas Hostel and would highly recommend it.

The lack of privacy was a drawback, with tiny bathrooms and no space to dry clothes. the crowded common areas made it difficult to find a quiet spot to relax.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for adventure travelers like lockers, reading lamps, and wall sockets. the spacious rooms provide a comfortable and quiet place to rest. the hostel's location is excellent, close to popular attractions such as Diocletian's palace and shopping streets.

Felt well taken care of, with the owner going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the owner, Boris, was friendly and accommodating, even staying late for a late check-in and posting back a forgotten book.

When we lost our wallets, the receptionist not only helped us report it to the police, but even accompanied us to the station after his shift. The location of the hostel is perfect - just a short walk to all the main attractions and amenities. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the showers and common areas were kept impeccably clean. We also appreciated the option to book tours through a local agency. we highly recommend Gravitas for its really good service and convenient location.

The staff goes above and beyond to keep the place clean and sanitized. the beds are incredibly comfortable and the lockers underneath are spacious. It's a great place to meet people from all over the world. the shared workspace is perfect for work calls, never had any issues with the internet connection. Boris and Karla made my stay even better, they provided amazing tips and assistance. Can't wait to come back!

Clean, new hostel with comfortable beds. Helpful staff, friendly atmosphere. Convenient location near supermarket and close to city center. Easy to meet people and make friends.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, I got real bang for my buck! The room was downright comfy and the location couldn't have been better. The staff at Gravitas treated me like a VIP, always going above and beyond.

Food for breakfast could have been more diverse, but that's just a small hiccup in an otherwise amazing stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently stayed at Gravitas in Split for a short-term home base while traveling. The hostel, run by Boris and Nicole, was immaculately clean and had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The small size of the hostel allowed for a friendly and social atmosphere, and Boris and Nicole were extremely helpful in organizing tours and giving recommendations. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the old town, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The beds were super comfortable and spacious, with individual lockers underneath for backpack storage. the showers were always clean and the common areas were well-maintained, with a bonus of a big TV. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even arranged tours with a local agency for me. the location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions and necessities like supermarkets and restaurants.

The only drawback I could find was the lack of a functional kitchen. It would have been nice to have a pan or something to cook with.
